Spine

Especially in winter when our back tends to feel a little bit more stiff, this class will gently open up the spaces in between your vertebras and nourish the energetic centers that lie alongside this midline.
I hope you will feel energised afterwards!

Winter Flow

Today I am sharing a warming, winter slow flow class with you.
Muscles and soft tissues can feel a lot stiffer and uncomfortable during these winter months. Low temperatures can make the fluid inside our joints thicker, so they feel stiffer and slow down circulation.
During this class we will be activating your body with gentle twists, inversions, forwards & backward bends to get rid of winter stiffness in your joints and muscles. Enjoy!

Heart

Just as you can practice heart opening in your thoughts and emotions, you can also experience opening the heart space in your physical body.
This sequence will help you mobilise your thoracic spine and shoulders, and will leave you feeling awake and open-hearted.

Core

Today we will be working on the core, the foundation upon which all movement is based. It stabilises your spine and allows the body to move.
In this class we will target both the front and back side of the upper body. With poses to activate and condition the core, as well as deep stretching and strengthening of surrounding muscle groups.

Earthy Flow

Capricorn, the tenth sign and mountain goat of the zodiac, is all about hard work.
Capricorns take things one step at a time and like being as realistic and pragmatic as possible. Belonging to the element of Earth , like Taurus and Virgo, this is the last sign of practicality and grounding.

Inspired by down-to-earth Capricorn, this earthy flow is all about, creating stability, grounding & building strength.

Shoulders

This class stretches the major muscle groups that cross the shoulder joint, releasing tight areas, tension and stress that has been stored here. It is said that shoulder carry responsibilities. Many times we are not even aware of tension in this area until we start compressing or moving it. So spend some time tuning into your shoulder, giving them that extra attention and wait to see what appears.

When I asked people what kind of yoga class they want most of the time, many responded with requests for neck and shoulders. So here’s a class for you that offers a gentle sequence to unravel tension and pain in your neck. In this digital era, it is inevitable that we spend a lot of our time looking at mobile devices or laptops. Going digital has a lot of benefits but can result in poor posture which can put long term strain on our neck.

Hips & hipflexors

This gentle yin practice is especally designed to release any stagnant energy and tension around the hips & hip flexors. As always, listen to what your body needs today and allow yourself to sink into your own space. Enjoy!

Breaking Fixation

Scorpio´s can be very determined / devoted to their work or in relationships, and they can become fixated and obsessed. In this practice we will be looking at ways to break the fixation in the joints of our physical body, that were temporarily stuck together due to suction. Fixation can be cured simply by mobility. When the vacuum is broken, that is when we hear a popping sound.

Manifesting Dreams

During this class we will tap into your dreams and visions for the future. Working with the heart & root chakra´s to allow your dreams to open up to the world and at the same time have a grounding energy behind them so you can actually manifest them. Enjoy.
